Booking Deposits, Cancellations & Refund Policy

To secure event dates and staffing availability, Little Angel Party may require deposits for certain bookings and services. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Deposit Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
• No-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to attend scheduled services may result in forfeiture of deposits or booking fees.
• Refunds, credits, or booking adjustments may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Little Angel Party.

Cancellations

• Cancellations requested within 72 hours of the scheduled event may be subject to additional fees or forfeiture of deposit due to staffing, preparation, and scheduling commitments.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• Clients may request to reschedule their booking subject to availability.
• We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date changes when sufficient notice is provided.

Refunds

• Refunds are not provided for completed services.
• If Little Angel Party is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, a refund or alternative arrangement may be offered.

In situations where no deposit was collected for a booking, Little Angel Party reserves the right to decline future reservations in cases of repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or abuse of the booking system. Nothing in this policy limits any rights consumers may have under applicable consumer protection laws in Alberta, Canada.
