Please read the following online consent and release carefully. By scheduling an appointment and submitting payment on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & PERMISSION

By using our services, you grant permission to Little Angels Party staff to apply light makeup, style hair, and paint nails using kid-friendly, hypoallergenic, and vegan products. You understand that while we strive to use safe and high-quality products, unexpected skin sensitivities or reactions may occur, and Little Angels Party is not responsible for such outcomes.

You also acknowledge that dress-up clothing, props, and spa tools are sanitized between uses and understand that all services are intended for entertainment purposes only — no medical or therapeutic treatments are performed.

PHOTO & VIDEO USE

You grant permission for Little Angels Party to capture photographs and/or videos of your child during the experience. These may be used for promotional purposes across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and our website. Identifying details (name, age) will not be shared without prior written consent.

LIABILITY RELEASE

By scheduling an appointment and making payment, you agree to release and hold harmless Little Angels Party, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liability, damages, or injury, including allergic reactions, personal property damage, or illness arising from participation in our services or use of our facility.

You also agree that you will be held responsible for any damages to the premises or party equipment caused by your child during their visit.

ONLINE AGREEMENT

By scheduling an appointment and paying through our online platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Consent & Release Form. You agree to the terms and authorize Little Angels Party to provide the services outlined above.
